Sales of dynamic random access memory (DRAM) chips, used mostly in computers, are expected to grow 6.2% to $26.4 bln, reversing a 6.2% fall in 2005. NAND flash memory, the second-biggest segment of the memory business, is projected to grow 29% to $13.8 bln, slowing from a 62% jump in 2005.
