Productivity is the top reason for installing WLAN

The poll done by IDC put productivity increases higher on the list of potential benefits than any other rationale offered up. Out of a scale of 1 through 9, the median ranking for productivity by those polled was 6.4, significantly more than the next in line, improving customer service, which rated a median score of 5.5.
