PC manufacturer satisfaction: Apple – 81, Dell – 74, HP – 73, Gateway – 72

PC manufacturers received an average American Customer Satisfaction Index score of 74. Apple was leading the category with the score of 81, Dell is at 74, HP received 73, Gateway got 72, and Compaq-branded HP products received 67.
