Global NAND flash sales declined to $2.7 bln in Q2 2006, down 15.7% from $3.24 bln in Q1 2006. In contrast, NOR flash revenue rose 6% and DRAM achieved a 16% sales increase during the Q2 2006. Samsung Electronics and Toshiba remained the top two suppliers with 46.4% and 24.7% market share respectively, iSuppli says.
