According to Parks Associates, the total market for US home control systems reached approximately $2.3 bln in 2005, and these revenues will grow 8-9% per year over the next four years, reaching $3.2 bln by 2009. That growth promises to have a trickle-down effect for retail and other innovative home control solutions. The commercial marketplace represents an equal or even larger revenue opportunity for these services in the next several years.
