MOS logic device sales are projected to grow by 7.6% to $62.1 bln in 2006 and to $82.5 bln in 2009, a CAGR of 9.3%. MOS logic includes standard logic, standard cell, field programmable logic devices, and a broad range of application-specific devices, SIA projects.
