Worldwide DRAM revenue will rise by 56% in 2004 to reach $27.0 bln, up from $17.3 bln in 2003, according to iSuppli. Their previous forecast, issued in June, predicted growth of 45.6% for 2004. Subsequently iSuppli expects the market to hit annual growth figures of 8.6%, -18.5%, 7.8% and 11.3% in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, respectively, taking the worldwide DRAM market size to $29.4 bln, $23.9 bln, $25.8 bln and $28.7 bln, in the same respective years.
