Worldwide digital TV sales went up 70% in 2004. Unit shipments rose to 49.3 mln, up 50% from the 32.8 mln receivers sold in 2003, Strategy Analytics said. Future performance should also be impressive, even though volume will progressively taper down to 14% growth by 2010.
