Canada loses IT jobs through offshore outsourcing, gains through US contracts

The report by PriceWaterhouseCoopers showed that Canada could lose up to 75,000 IT jobs by 2010 to offshore outsourcing, but Canada could also gain some 165,000 jobs through U.S. outsourcing contracts.
