Programmers are getting the biggest salary increases in 2006 among IT staff positions, averaging $64,100, up 8.7% compared to 2005 results. Systems administrators had the smallest salary increases at 2%, but that was offset by average annual bonuses rising more than 15% from 2005, to $3,000.
