The Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) mobile market is worth $70 bln in 2004 and IDC projects a 16% growth in 2005. IDC also expects a healthy 16.4% growth in VoIP and 16.7% growth in wireless access technologies (WLL) due to continuing take-up in PRC and India.
