A high proportion of UK internet households are satisfied with most major aspects of the service they receive, with 82% satisfied with download times and up to 91% happy with the quality and reliability of service. But only 73% say they are satisfied with after-sales support, Point Topic reports. 91% of UK internet households are very satisfied or fairly satisfied with the quality and reliability of their home services. 87% believe that they are getting good value for money, while billing and pricing is clear to 84%. Where ISPs are beginning to fail their customers is with download speeds and after-sales support. About 73% are very or fairly satisfied with the support received, which leaves a quarter of all internet households irritated and frustrated with their ISPs’ support services.
