68% of teachers believe e-mail access is essential for education process

A survey by US Dept of Education shows that more than half of all teachers believe presence of such technologies as CD-ROM encyclopedias and reference works, telephones, WWW access and teacher workstations with e-mail access is essential to the learning process.
