Shopping, Shopzilla, Shopping.com, Froogle.com, PriceGrabber, NexTag and ShopLocal accounted for the bulk of the 49.3 mln people who visited comparison sites in September 2005, an 8% increase from 45.8 mln in September 2004, according to Nielsen/NetRatings. Industry leaders, Shopzilla and Shopping.com, each lured nearly 15 mln US visitors in September 2005.
