$4.2 bln spent on Internet ads in Q3 2006

The Interactive Advertising Bureau and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP announced that Internet advertising revenues reached an estimated new record of $4.2 bln for Q3 2006. Q3 2006 revenues represent a 33% increase over $3.1 bln in Q3 2005 and a 2% increase over Q2 2006 total of nearly $4.1 bln.
