Global sales of wireless phones increased more than 17% in Q2 2007, reaching 270.9 mln units, Gartner says. Nokia sold 99.96 mln wireless phones to dominate the handset industry with a market share of 36.9%, up from 33.7% in Q2 2006. Motorola finished with a market share of 14.6%, down 7.3% from Q2 2006.
