27% of consumers want a single-tasking music player, 13% want a single-tasking video player

Jupiter Research found that 27% of respondents expressed a preference for a gadget that plays music only. 5% are interested in buying a device that plays both music and video. Meanwhile, 13% of respondents are interested in a portable video-only player and 7% in a gadget that plays video games and has a video-playback feature, Jupiter said.
