23.8 mln visited automanufacturers’ sites in May 2005

The number of visitors to the automotive sites has increased 23% from 19.4 mln in May 2004 to 23.8 mln in May 2005. General Motors sites were the most visited among manufacturers in May 2005 with 7.9 mln visitors, up 61% from May 2004. GM was followed by Ford Motor Company with 6.6 mln visitors and DaimlerChrysler with 4.5 mln visitors during May 2005, according to ComScore Media Metrix.
