By the end of 2005 US will have 113.1 mln households with television set in their house. 20.9 mln will have a digital TV, and 18.9 mln will own a high definition display. 7.7 mln will have a DTT tuner for HDTV. By 2008 the number of households with TV sets will rise to 117.4 mln, 48.2 mln will have a digital TV, 45.2 will have a high-definition display and 33.3 mln will own a DTV tuner, Screen Digest says.
