AOL, Comcast, United are top US ISPs

36% of online users accessed the Web through a high-speed connection in Q4 2003, up from 34% in Q3 2003. In San Diego and Boston more than 50% of Internet subscribers are connected through broadband, in New York it’s 49%. As for the broadband market, 63% of lines are cable, 37% are DSL.
