62% of telecom customers would buy landline+cell phone integration
Demand for integrated services is on the rise, says Instat. Cell-phone/landline integration continued to have the highest positive response, with 62% of respondents indicating an interest in purchasing this service, as compared to 51% respondent interest in the 2004 survey. In other categories, with the exception of telephone entertainment, interest to purchase increased by over 20% per service. Interest in an online phonebook more than doubled, with the most significant increase of 34%.
