In 2003, 60% of slurry was at the 1.5-micron particle size. In 2004, 40% of slurry was at the 1.5-micron range, while 60% of slurry sold was at the 0.8-micron particle size. In 2005, 50% of slurry was at the 1.5-micron range, and 50% of slurry sold was at the 0.8-micron particle size. Showa Denko led the market in 2005 with a 41.5% share of the $9.1 mln market.
