According to The Media Audit survey of 87 US metropolitan markets with population exceeding 137 mln, 93.9 mln logged on during an average month, 21.4 mln made 12 or more purchases during 2004, 41.2 mln made 5 or more purchases. 68.6 mln made at least one purchase, 48.3 mln logged on at work and 29.1% or 14.1 mln said they made 12 or more purchases during the year. 85.3 mln logged on at home and 23.8% or 20.3 mln made 12 or more purchases
